    SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Mild steel skid painted with suitable protective coating

    • Pressure tube- FRP

    • Seawater composite polyamide membranes High-pressure piping consisting SS-316/SS- 316L piping with compression hoses

    • Low pressure piping of PVC

    • Micron filter housing fitted with micron cartridges, with Material of construction of Polypropylene/ SS- 316/ Mild steel Rubber line

    • Wet panel fitted with pressure gauges, 3/5 way valve and rotameters for plants with permeate flow rate > 1.0 m3/h

    • High pressure pump - CAT pump with drive motor, pulley for belt drive and drive Guard.

    • Control panel with hour meter, low pressure switch to trip high pressure pump, conductivity monitor, pH monitor

    		FEED WATER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Temperature 400C maximum

    • Salinity: up to 33000 ppm Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). For higher value contact us for advise.

    • Silt density index (SDI) < 4.0

    • Oil and grease - Absent

    • Iron & manganese 0.1 ppm, maximum (total)

    • pH 4-10
